Mellow acidity and a strong caramel sweetness, perhaps with a nutty undertone. Sweet and medium-bodied.
Specific flavors vary from citrus, floral, and mild fruitiness, to hints of nutty finish with vanilla overtones or chocolate with a toasty deep Cacao.
We taste smooth citrus with notes of blueberry and slight notes of dark chocolate. With a nice amount of acidity.
Citrusy, Slight chocolate notes, tangerine and slight almondy aftertaste.
a fine and gentle flavor, don't expect anything too bold. Both the El Salvador coffee taste and aroma are pleasing. The flavors are sweet like honey, with some coffees tasting of chocolate or citrus. The aroma is equally sweet, as well as spicy
Interesting acidic impression with notes of lemon balm, licorice root tea, though lower level of sweetness, bittersweet and balanced, chocolate graham, candied nut, with fruited acidity
